Hi,

when a call is being passed over from AS5400 via PRI to SIP into asterisk,
dtmf is working in 1.4.11 but not on 1.4.17

dimas:
    upload the snom log "snom-dtmf.txt". i press "1" and "2" slowly.  the
remote system do receive the "1", but the log didn't show asterisk send it
out. asterisk then fall into the long duration waiting, and DTMF is not
working anymore.
