Description: 
Zaptel don't send DTMF tones correctly on FXO lines. For instance when
trying to dial out a number.

Probably related..

Dialing over TDM400 with four analog lines.. i get random a mesg from
telco (at&t) saying you need to dial 1 for this number :) .... 

it happen in 1.4.8 initially .. i ran down to 1.4.7 but forget to
recompile asterisk.. will redo again today
