Hi,

when a call is being passed over from AS5400 via PRI to SIP into asterisk,
dtmf is working in 1.4.11 but not on 1.4.17

it basically means that asterisk will also try to generate DTMF_BEGIN +
DTMF_END with 86 seconds between them ignoring (actually queueing) any DTMF
it receives between them. So yes, during these 86 seconds NO DTMF will work
at all.
