It appears the ifneq is in outdated with latest zaptel release (1.4.3)

I still see this with 1.4.8 on a system with the kernel config "#
CONFIG_USB is not set" when doing `make install-modules`.

All I really want is ztdummy (and honestly I still don't understand why i
need a kernel module just for asterisk, but that's another issue...)
