Summary:                    Marked conference mode not working properly!
Description: 
Callers waiting for marked caller can talk to each other before marked
caller arrives. Also no music while waiting for marked caller.  If several
calls are put into a conference with  Meetme(1234,dw)   They can talk to
each other while waiting for the marked caller. No music while waiting.

AFter marked caller arrives, everyone is put into a conference.  When
marked caller hangs up everyone else goes back waiting for marked caller
and it works. 
No one can hear each other while waiting for marked caller.  (but only
after marked enters and leaves).

Music works with  Meetme(1234,Mdw); but everyone can talk over the music
to each other.....

This is the same behaviour for the trunk version also.

If entering a conference with the 'w' option ensure that we can't listen
or speak until the marked user appears.
