Summary:                    Voice Menus - Fail to Load
Description: 
When selecting Voice Menus from the left hand menu bar, the status bar
shows Loading Screen........ however nothing appears

I have tried accessing the same menu using IE and also Firefox and the
effect is the same.

All other menus work OK

First of all, the time-based rules have been removed as of 2123, you can
re-enable them by reverting pari's changes here

I am still not able to reproduce on my system here, have you tried
clearing your cookies?
