Setup fails with the PXE initrd included on the beta5 and beta6 cds with
error about missing a getPure function.

Also, James is adding an adminpw field (it may be there already, but under
something like "adminPassword". (or possibly just check for and copy
rootpw)

The problem with installing like this, is that it overwrites the base
install class (using kickstart) so you do not get all the menus and
"Express/Custom install" etc.

Instead of using ks=kickstart_file use method=http://path/to/cd/contents

(Keep this open though, although james IS working on it now, we talked
about it yesterday.)
