Summary:                    DUNDi Does Not Follow Naming Conventions
Description: 
DUNDi is currently using the old-style debug on/off measures.  Currently:
dundi debug (enabled dundi debug)

This should be:
dundi set debug on

Also, instead of:
dundi no debug

It should be:
dundi set debug off

bbhoss: there is another open issue to fix some of these irregularities.
