Summary:                    [patch] Authentication support for SIP NOTIFY
requests
Description: 
This issue is the same to issue 4151? close 2 years ago. I have develop my
patch, and find same issue.

Currently console command "sip notify" send notify packet and destroy SIP
dialog without delay. But sip device can answer with 401 message to ask
auth. For example Linksys phones and ATA.

Patch and sip debug of authorized notify dialog attached.

I moved the patch into production on 1.4.17.

Here is my current status on Grandstream testing
GXP2000 FW 1.5.15 Working
GXP2020 FW 1.5.15 Working
HT 502 FW 1.0.0.77 Working
HT 386 Not working on Current Firmware or Test FW
HT 286 FW 1.1.0.13 Does not always register after sip notify reboot.
HT 286 FW prior to 1.1.0.13 Not working at all
GXV 3000 Pending Testing

I will update this post as I have more info.
