Hi,

when a call is being passed over from AS5400 via PRI to SIP into asterisk,
dtmf is working in 1.4.11 but not on 1.4.17

arnd, please try v1-11740.patch.

The patch is far from being ideal but at least it will allow checking if I
understand the root cause of the problem...
