Description: 
while the zapata.conf file is being processed, it would be nice to see the
line the errors / warnings applied to.

patch attached to add line numbers to messages where there wasn't any

The diff uploaded here is a diff made against the previous patch that was
uploaded. Could you please re-create the current patch against trunk's
chan_zap so that the patch will apply correctly? Thanks!
