Summary:                    REGRESSION: DTMF generation problem
Description: 
Zaptel don't send DTMF tones correctly on FXO lines. For instance when
trying to dial out a number.

Well I did a bit of rudamentary slewthing.. Using Ztmonitor I was able to
hear the touch tones using 1.4.7.1 but not with 1.4.8  
With 1.4.7.1 I could hear the original dialtone, touch tones, then
connection audio
Using 1.4.8 I heard the original dialtone, then nothing, then dialtone
again but with quite a bit of fuzz.

Have a listen to the two audio files I've uploaded. 1.4.7.1.wav and
1.4.8.wav  One other interesting thing I noted was that the last digit was
dialed 1.5 seconds after the previous ones in 1.4.7.1.wav.
