This patch adds initial support for secure RTP using libsrt[1]. It can
be used in for example an implementation of the sdecriptions draft[2].

I did a little research on why srtpenable=yes did not work.

Strangly I can not find any srtpenable like string anny of the source file
in directory channels.
Is there a chance that tere is a delay between when I can download it with
svn and you post it?
the changes look promising if srtpenable=yes does act correctly as set in
my example config file it would definatly solve most problems ;)
