Summary:                    Asterisk 1.6.1-beta4 and 1.6.0.3-rc1 always crash
when dialing or receiving a call trough wcb4xxp
Description: 
Installed are libri-1.4.8 and dahdi-linux-complete-2.1.0.3+2.1.0.2.
It's impossible to dial o receive a call. Always crash with the cable
conntected. All ports are configured in PtMP.
Attached a full bt.

Fix a crash resulting from a datastore with inheritance but no duplicate
callback

The fix for this is to simply set the newly created datastore's data
pointer
to NULL if it is inherited but has no duplicate callback.
