This patch adds initial support for secure RTP using libsrt[1]. It can
be used in for example an implementation of the sdecriptions draft[2].

otherwiseguy: so does this mean we simply remove MIKEY support then, and
not bother with the effort of developing and maintaining something none of
the major phone manufacturers will be supporting?
