Summary: Unknown IE 26 (Unknown Information Element)
Description:
In Spain I receive this message sometimes in each call.
It's supposed is any kind of AOC message as I could see in others bugs
reported here but I just install currently stable Libpri version and
continues happening.

This is directed to all:
What is IE 26 supposed to represent? Looking at "Table III.1/Q.931 –
Information element codepoints" from the spec, it looks like it truly is an
invalid IE.
