Summary:                    [patch] Discontinous RTP transmission (DTX) support
Description: 
RFC about RTP says that "mark" bit is used (must be set) to indicate of
continuation of RTP stream after pause (silence). Basic handling of "mark"
bit is provided by attached patch.
