Summary:                    asterisk stops sending qualify
Description: 
i have problem with asterisk 1.4.20.1 (kernel 2.6.25.10, centos5, 
ztdummy+hrtimers)

after some random time, asterisk stops sending qualify (monitored by 
wireshark) to peer (phone)
