This patch adds initial support for secure RTP using libsrt[1]. It can
be used in for example an implementation of the sdecriptions draft[2].

I would like to test SRTP, but not with an eight month old branch

Is there a way where i can diff a branch against trunk (of the same
version) to create a patch, from which i could try to apply it on 1.6?

Is this bug gonna get some love, or is security no longer important ;-)?
