after upgrading to latest 1.4 svn
passing L arg to Dial command makes the call to disconnect
when the call is established

I had the same problem on our exchanges when I upgraded.  Removing the
:60000:60000 fixed it.  So, the limit on the call is fine, it's just the
announcement options.
