Summary:                    setting call duration limit in Dial command makes

Description: 
after upgrading to latest 1.4 svn
passing L arg to Dial command makes the call to disconnect
when the call is established

I confirm what file says. I checked out 1.4, tested and the call dropped. I
patched, retested, and the call continues to stay up.
