Summary:                    [patch] Improve documentation for res_monitor
Description: 
A student in a Digium Advanced Asterisk training course asked where the
Monitor application stores its files. Upon inspection, I see that "core
show application monitor" doesn't specify. This is a trivial documentation
patch to specify where the files are stored.
