Summary:                    hint change state to Idle when peer reregisters
Description: 
- peer make call and asterisk changes extension state to InUse.
- peers sip registration expires after specified interval in sip.conf
- peer refreshes sip registration using sip register
- asterisk changes extension state for that peer from InUse to Idle.  

Users that have subscribed to this extension then see, that extension is
Idle, but it's wrong, because peer have still call and monitored extension
should stay InUse until hangup.

actually, I don't see any difference between InUse and Busy, because line
that is in use (regardless if has incomming or outgoing call) asterisk
shows as 'InUse', but changes to 'Busy' when phone refreshes registration.
