Summary:                    Distorted audio
Description: 
First outgoing call always has scrambled audio. After an incoming call with
clear audio, the following calls had also good audio. After a while of not
using, outgoing calls are scrambeled again until an incoming call occurs.

I'm going to acknowledge this issue just to let you know someone has seen
it, however, there isn't really anyone to assign this issue to right now.
Hopefully in the not too distant future this will change.
