Summary:                    [patch] Urgent messages are automatically forwarded
as urgent
Description: 
Currently, if an urgent message is forwarded to another user, the forwarded
message is marked as urgent.  This may not always be the case.  The user
should be able to mark the forwarded message as urgent if it really is
still urgent.  This patch overrides the automatic setting of a forwarded
message to urgent.
