Summary:                    Voicemail locks Zap Channel
Description: 
1)incoming calls arrive via Zap Channel 
2) The caller hear a voicemenu and tape the number of an internal phone
3) Asterisk do a SIP call to the phone
4) The phone is not available and the caller hear the voicemail of the
person called
5) The caller Hangup

PROBLEM:SIP CALL is terminated but Zap channel is always up. We must
hangup it manually
