Summary: IAX port change using dnsmgr
Description:
When dnsmgr is enabled, a iax peer that is connected will go unreachable
when the dnsmgr runs and subsequently changes the port.

Is this defined as a peer? Can you make it happen with dnsmgr refresh? What
is the console output? I just attempted to reproduce this using the latest
revision and was not able to so further details would be helpful.
