Summary:                    No ringback toward SIP trunk on inbound SLA call
(Again)
Description: 
When a call is inbound from a SIP trunk, the ousside caller hears silence
while the SLATrunk(xxx) is executing and the SLAStations are ringing. 
All
other inbound SIP calls return a ringback to the caller.

I have been able to reproduce the issue.  I will work on a fix now.
