Summary:                    Missing notifications after call to non existing
extension or failed global pickup attempt
Description: 
A Snom (A) is registered to subscribe to a dialplan hint corresponding to
Snom (B)

If Snom (B) dials a non existing extension then the LED on Snom (A)
remains on.
If Snom (B) dials the global pickup code but there is nothing to pick up
then the LED on Snom (A) remains on.

This is also valid with other types of phone.

A SIP Trace shows that the first notification (confirmed) is sent and
acknowledged.
But after the state changes back to idle no notifications are sent at all
!
