Summary:                    chan_iax2 flood with 'No private structure for
packet'
Description: 
I upgraded 2 servers to 1.4.22 and I get this every few seconds. This. did
not happen on 1.4.21.1. Same configure between upgrades.

Can you please explain how to reproduce this issue? Without being able to
reproduce it we're not going to know where the issue lies.
