I've uploaded a patch, 13116.diff, which I think will fix the issue.

Just to make me feel a bit safer about this, if you have a core dump
handy, can you open it in gdb and print frame_ptr->src? If its value is "JB
interpolation," it will make me feel better about my conclusions I have
made while analyzing this.
