Description: 
This was requested by Alistair Cunningham on the asterisk-dev list. This
was much easier than I thought it would be, requiring only 8 lines of
change to the code.

Same here. I haven't used it in any formal situation yet. I just tried some
pages with and without the 'i' option set, and things appeared to work
properly.
