Summary:                    Zaptel > 1.4.11 fails when installing due to
firmware error
Description: 
Here is what happens when I do an install of Zaptel 1.4.11 when installing
only the ztdummy module (i.e. the firmware is deselected):


make -C firmware hotplug-install DESTDIR= HOTPLUG_FIRMWARE=yes
make[1]: Entering directory
`/usr/src/asterisk/vanilla/zaptel-1.4.11-vanilla/firmware'
make[1]: Nothing to be done for `hotplug-install'.
make[1]: Leaving directory
`/usr/src/asterisk/vanilla/zaptel-1.4.11-vanilla/firmware'

And here is what happens when I install with Zaptel 1.4.12, or Zaptel 1.4
branch latest (as of today):
