Summary:                    Parking is happening only one time
Description: 

I called from 9000 SIP phone to 9001 SIP phone, parked 9000 at 701 and
retrieved the call from 9002. Now i am unable to park call again.

You referenced the bug 9082, and have reported you're using 1.4.21.2. I am
closing this as per file's note in 9082:

"Dial options are not carried over when you pick up a parked call. It's a
completely separate thing so the options don't apply. To that extent
however I have added a parkedcallsrepark option to trunk that turns on the
capability you seek. Since it's a new option however it will not go into
1.4."
