Summary: [patch] MFC/R2 support for chan_zap
Description:
Here we go. This is my first try to give R2 support to chan_zap. I'm sure I
am missing locks and/or features here and there but I have tested it
internally with success with a considerable amount of concurrent channels
(64). That's the best I can do with the hardware I currently have (more
coming!).

Hy Moy,

How are you? I hope you are fine.

One more problem for us, i think this is more complex.

I was using Core2Duo for tests with One TE4xxp ( 4 E1 ports ), Port 1:
ISDN Ctbc Telecom, Port 2: R2 Embratel and this OK, in this night we
changed this Quad-Span by 2 Te110P, now i have one big problem....

In Rando times but with interval < 10 minutes i have this error in all R2
ports:

[Aug 28 09:18:14] DEBUG[4343]: chan_zap.c:1152 zt_r2_write_log: Chan 32 -
Alarm Raised
[Aug 28 09:18:14] WARNING[4343]: chan_zap.c:948 zt_r2_on_hardware_alarm:
Zap alarm on chan 32.
.....
[Aug 28 09:18:14] DEBUG[4344]: chan_zap.c:1152 zt_r2_write_log: Chan 62 -
Alarm Raised
[Aug 28 09:18:14] WARNING[4344]: chan_zap.c:948 zt_r2_on_hardware_alarm:
Zap alarm on chan 62.

Alter 2~5 seconds I receive in all ports:
[Aug 28 09:18:14] DEBUG[4343]: chan_zap.c:1152 zt_r2_write_log: Chan 32 -
Alarm Cleared
[Aug 28 09:18:14] WARNING[4343]: chan_zap.c:948 zt_r2_on_hardware_alarm:
Zap alarm on chan 32.
....
[Aug 28 09:18:14] DEBUG[4344]: chan_zap.c:1152 zt_r2_write_log: Chan 62 -
Alarm Cleared
[Aug 28 09:18:14] WARNING[4344]: chan_zap.c:948 zt_r2_on_hardware_alarm:
Zap alarm on chan 62.
