Summary:                    Deadlock in sip_alloc
Description: 
We recently experienced a deadlock in chan_sip, a review of the console
logs didn't reveal anything specific with respect to the source. Output of
core show locks is attached.

I'd really recommend trying the latest 1.4.  We've fixed several SIP lock
issues (to the point where I can't see how this situation could possibly
occur in the latest 1.4 ).
