Summary: Asterisk 1.6.0-beta9 doesn't compile under Open
Solaris
Description:
main/editline/np/vis.c doesn't compile due to solaris-compat/compat.h not
being included anywhere. The Makefile can be modified to use -include to
make it compile.

A secondary, but lesser, problem is that the Makefiles are very gcc/gnu
specific. It doesn't compile with the Sun Studio compilers at all.
