Summary:                    [patch] Add variables property to AgentRingNoAnswer
manager event
Description: 
AgentCalled, AgentComplete, AgentDump and AgentConnect events already
contain the variables property. This patch adds it to the AgentRingNoAnswer
event for improved consistency.

Add output of variables to AgentRingNoAnswer manager
event if eventwhencalled is set to "vars" in 
queues.conf. Yay for consistency.
