Summary:                    [patch] MFC/R2 support for chan_zap
Description: 
Here we go. This is my first try to give R2 support to chan_zap. I'm sure I
am missing locks and/or features here and there but I have tested it
internally with success with a considerable amount of concurrent channels
(64). That's the best I can do with the hardware I currently have (more
coming!).

Thanks you for the excelente development process and for your atention and
your speed answer, let's go.

First I'm fully available to help you with tests in various differente
scenes.

I'm sending tow calls log, if you need more informaion or debugs, please
tell me, this log i get on 32 minutes of call, 30 channes go out and return
"seize timeout", 15 per E1, with 2 machines with 1 e1 peer machine I don't
get this error, with ISDN in this machine test with 2 E1 and Cross E1 Cable
don't get this error two ( just for explanation )

The second question, i'm waiting for your patch, I don't have problem to
test DAHDI in my lab, i can do all tests you need to help in OpenR2
development, if you like to send patch to me, i apply in zaptel version two
for testing and i test DAHDI when you commit on SVN.
