Summary:                    Q.931 not release properly
Description: 
caller on PSTN call the PRI of asterisk, then caller hangup. the callee
will ring about 30s after the caller hangup.

then i downgrade to svn 1.2, all is ok.

I believe this has been resolved in the latest libpri releases, and lack of
testing reports shouldn't keep this issue open.

If you still experience this problem using the latest version of libpri,
properly compiled into Asterisk, please reopen this issue.
