Summary:                    not reading new sip peers/users
Description: 
Hi, i'm using asterisk 1.6.0beta9

When i add a new sip peer or user in sip.conf , i do a "sip reload" or
"reload chan_sip.so" but i can't see the new peer/user. I have to restart
asterisk to get it working

i've tried to add an iax2 peer and reloading. it works.

Can you please try this with the 1.6.0 branch from subversion?

beta9 is quite old, and I suspect that this problem has already been
fixed.
