Summary:                    [patch] Missing UniqueId header in ParkedCall
manager events
Description: 
Manager events related to channels send contain the channel name and the
unique id. The ParkedCall event is different in that it does not contain
the UniqueId.
The attached patch resolves this by adding the UniqueId header.
