Summary:                    Unable to hangup channel SIP to Voicemail
Description: 
When user hangup phone channel still up. Soft hangup not helping. There is
one way to kill it: restart asterisk.
It happen pretty often on my production server. 
If you need some additional info I can get it. Just let me know what files
you need.
