This is an extract from my dialplan:

762' =>          hint: SIP/762                                
[pbx_config]
                    1. Dial(${HINT})                             
[pbx_config]
'770' =>          hint: SIP/770&IAX2/770                       
[pbx_config]
                    1. Macro(stdexten|770|${HINT})   
762 does not have VM, and 770 does. So tranfer works for 770 as it's added
it stdexten macro, but does not for 762. 
Please advise. 
Asterisk 1.4.19.1, GUI  rev 3137.
