Summary:                    Activate changes & Logout is missing in Voice
Menu-tab
Description: 
The main area of the voice menu-tab is widened over the tool tip-area, and
with that also hiding the button for activate changes.

This makes constructing voice menues and testing them just a little bit
more work (yeah, you could have an asterisk cli and issu module reload
there instead, but that defeats some of the points of having a gui?)

Fixed with the new gui
