Summary:                    GUI Voice Menus fail to update changes. Order of
events.
Description: 
The Voice Menus won't update the IVR menu configuration once you have saved
changes to the Name, Extension, or Allow Dialing Other Extensions check
box, after you have made changes to these areas and "pre-save" any changes
you make to the main IVR menu layout will not be saved, causing your IVR
menu to remain as it was when the initial configuration was saved causing
minor issues. Also key press Events menu does not save the top level IVR
menu changes, only the save at the top of the event menu will save those
changes. I had 3 menus that were either 1/2 way through and cut out or
didn't play at all because even with the events there, the changes were not
saved, once I went through and toggled the top three options, and re-saved
my configurations (even though those events were still correct in the GUI),
my issue went away on all menus.
