Summary:                    function JACK_HOOK throws a Bus error and crashes

Description: 
I'm setting JACK_HOOK (manipulate)=on using Asterisk Manager.  On hangup,
Asterisk will sometimes (about 50% of the time) throw the error below and
will crash.

ack_port_get_buffer called with an incorrect port 0
Bus error
