Summary:                    [patch] Secure RTP (SRTP)

This patch adds initial support for secure RTP using libsrt[1]. It can
be used in for example an implementation of the sdecriptions draft[2].

I can confirm what rjain says, doing a simple test with a Snom360 and
Asterisk just doing playback, I can't hear any audio... What trace do you
need? or, how can I debug this? Thanks!
