Summary:                    No hangup after attended transfer
Description: 
A, B, C are all SIP telephones registered to OpenSER, which proxies all
calls to Asterisk. A calls B, which does an attended transfer to C. A and C
are then talking. C hangs up, but Asterisk never sends a SIP BYE to A.

Trace uploaded. Hostnames and IP addresses have been changed to protect the
innocent. The Asterisk machine is shown as 66.1.1.228, and the OpenSER
machine as 66.1.1.229.
