Corydon, in bug http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=11853 you seemed to agree
that this is a bug. So did file
and oej. Additionally, see comment http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=81436;
that is under all circumstances
a bug. Finally, you yourself wrote in comment
http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=81443 "I think we can agree
that we are proceeding on this with a developer branch, and it will be
fixed sometime during the 1.6 release cycle". Yet now you suspend what you
yourself said would be fixed.
I don't know why you keep closing bugs on purely formalistic grounds, but
I do know this: it has an extremely discouraging effect on people like me
who can find and report bugs but can't fix them. The message goes out loud
and clear: "don't bother reporting anything unless you also fix it
yourself".
Fine. Sorry for bothering you by trying to help. I won't do it again.
